With a strong track record of strategic planning and business development, Mr. Patankar has played a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and fostering long-term partnerships. Kunal has been pivotal in developing the business infrastructure and bringing a new enthusiasm to the team. Having completed a successful stint in the US, working in the infrastructure domain, Kunal realised that his expertise and experience was needed back at home.
Having completed his Masters in environmental engineering from Virgina Tech, USA and with a bachelor degree in chemical Engineering from VIT Pune, Kunal gained a rich and diverse experience in the global markets, fostering overseas relationships and business acumen.
Kunal worked extensively in developing the screening business, and is always on the lookout for newer opportunities in the market. Never one to slow down, he maintains the pace of the team while ensuring nobody is left behind.

Gautam Patankar is a Chartered Accountant, qualified at the age of 22. He has worked with multinationals like ITC Limited and overseas, building businesses in the most hostile environments. He has a rich experience of corporate finance, banking and treasury management, internal control and system development.
He worked in a female hygiene startup in west africa, turned the business around by increasing the turnover by over 150% during his tenure.
During the time he has been at Auric, he has been instrumental in instituting compliances, development of new systems and processes and financial management at Auric Techno.

Mr. Vallabh Kulkarni

Vallabh is a hard core design engineer, who can imagine and envision new products, developments and can bring it to life on the shop floor. It is this ability, along with over 15 years of experience, which makes him stand out.
Vallabh is a key member of the Auric team, who leads by example. He has crafted innumerable innovations, small and big, which have led to cost reduction and efficiency improvement of the machines.
Vallabh is never satisfied with the outcome, and always believes "We can do better". It is this attitude that helps the company in competing in the market.
Vallabh also inspires the team with his leadership ability, his unique approach and his positive attitude.

Vijay brings a rich and diverse experience to the table at Auric. He has a wide experience is project site commissioning, plant erection and supervision of servicing spanning over 2 decades.
During his tenure in Auric, Vijay has been a key stakeholder in machine operations and efficiency always innovating to reduce costs, while ensuring the equipment operates with optimum efficiency. Not one to shy away from entering the fields and leading from the front, Vijay has risen through the ranks to now manage a wide and varied customer base, deal with a wide spectrum of operational issues and customer complaints. There is rarely a scenario where a customer is left dissatisfied.
Vijay also mentors the young guns in the company, who always fall back on his experience, when dealing with professional as well as personal issues. He is a relationship manager in the true sense!
