The internally fed rotary drum fine screen is basically composed of a outer casing and a shaftless screening drum with internal screw flights for the transport of the screenings. The drum is composed of a perforated plate which is available in a wide range of hole openings as per the requirement. The drum is supported by rollers and driven by a gear and pinion operated by a geared motor.

Fine Mechanical Screens
Mechanical Brush Screens with Perforated Holes (ARS) and Mechanical Arched Bar Screen with bars (ARB) boltedtogether with the frame so that it can be dismantled. Fixed frame with anchorage attachments to the civil works. Rotating cleaning arms on the shaft supported by bearings. On the top of every arm there is a comb which passes through the spacing among the screen bars or brush removes the material kept by the screen itself.

Rotary Drum Fine Screen (RDS-S)
The internally fed rotary fine screen is composed of a tank and a spiral connected to the drum for the transport of screening.The screen is composed of a perforated plate whose holes diameter is as big as the desired opening size. The drum is supported by suitable shaft, and is operated by a geared motor.
Flocculator
To get optimal performance from a sludge dewatering machine, conditioning with a suitable flocculent is necessary. It has been found that a slow agitated tank with a residence time of up to 2-3 minutes is normally sufficient to do a good job of flocculation. After the mixing of sludge and poly electrolyte strong large size flocks will be obtained which are fed to the dewatering machine.
Static Mixer
An alternate to flocculator, where sludge feed is constant with stable consistency, a specially designed static mixer can be used. A specially designed static mixer can also be used as an alternative to a flocculator for the mixing of sludge and polyelectrolyte.
Belt Filter Press For Sludge Dewatering
The patented Monobelt belt filter press is a completely novel design, different from any other “traditional” belt filter press on the market.The unit is a compact combination of two distinct and integrated units: a pre-thickener and a belt filter press system. The pre-thickener rotary drum with Archimedean screw inside, mounted on the top of the unit, performs the initial solid/liquid separation, with a significant reduction of the hydraulic load fed into the belt press. This important separation allows the unit to handle sludges having very low Suspended Solids concentrations (0.5 – 1%). At the exit of the MONOBELT, dependent upon the characteristics of the sludge, it is possible to reach Dry Solids concentration of 18% to 30%.
Dynamic Sludge Thickener (SCRUDRAIN)
SCRUDRAIN® is used for continuous thickening of wastewater sludges. As a guideline sludge with 0.5 to 3% can be thickened to 5 to 15% DS depending on the type of sludge and solid content. They may be placed before belt presses and centrifuges to achieve a reduction in the sizes of the equipment and replace conventional gravity thickeners. They can also be installed upstream of biogas digesters in order to reduce digester sizing by as much as 5 times. 3 The Scrudrain thickness can handle upto 200m /hr depending on the type of sludge and the dry solid content. The Scrudrain is a rotating Drum Thickner with ‘Archemedian’ Screw inside, instead of a conventional Drum Thickner. This design allows by adjusting the rotating speed, to increase or decrease the retention time to achieve optimum thickening.
